When asked about how she deals with being apart from the sportsman, Mollie said: 'Yes, I miss him so much, but I know he's doing what he loves. I try to keep myself busy so the time passes more quickly.
'We speak on the phone as much as we can and FaceTime really helps. I like to prop the phone up in the kitchen and potter around so it feels like he's there with me... not sure how entertaining that is for him though.'
